The purpose of Travel Baseball NJ is to give information to players, coaches, and parents.  It's also a place where people can ask questions, find a team to play on.  Coaches can also use this site to find players, announce tryout information, find an opponent for an open date on your schedule.  We will be adding a lot more content.  We hope to make this your one stop for all your Travel Baseball NJ & NY news and information!

NEW SPRING BASEBALL LEAGUE

New Spring Travel Baseball League forming!  The Spartans Spring Developmental League.  This is a league based in Norwood, NJ and is for coaches looking to develop their players in the spring.  It's a Sunday league and we supply a home field if needed and also do all the scheduling including the umpires!

Philosophy:

Most players quit baseball at the age 13.  Some times it's just because they find other interests but far too often it's because of other reasons.  We would like to see as many kids get the opportunity to play baseball and to enjoy it.  Far too many players are 'labeled' too early in their playing days as either being a good player or a bad player.  Some kids develop early and peak in Little League and some don't hit their peek until much later on.  We want players to play for the fun of playing and to realize that the best players in Little League aren't always the best players in High School and beyond.  We want to see Travel Baseball Players everywhere have fun playing the game.  We hope you use this site as a sounding board for everything Travel Baseball related.  Please visit our Travel Baseball NJ Message Boards and post your thoughts. 

This website serves all of NJ and NY.  We cover Bergen County to Cape May and everywhere in between.  We've also included NY as well.  Travel Baseball in NJ and NY is growing in popularity each year.  We finally have a website to exchange ideas, get information, find a player and schedule a game.  We'd love to hear from you!  Have an idea for Travel Baseball NJ / NY?  Send us an email.
