Philosophy:

Most players quit baseball and softball at the age of 13.  Some times it's just because they find other interests but far too often it's because of other reasons.  We would like to see as many kids get the opportunity to play baseball and softball and to enjoy it.  Far too many players are 'labeled' too early in their playing days as either being a good player or a bad player.  Some kids develop early and peak in Little League and some don't hit their peek until much later on.  We want players to play for the fun of playing and to realize that the best players in Little League aren't always the best players in High School and beyond.
